Place desired amount of botanicals into a ceramic, glass, or metal bowl. Recommended minimum 2 tblsp. Pour hot water over botanicals and then place face over the bowl with a towel over your head. Breathe slow and deep for at least 5 minutes. Steam should be gently warm, but not too hot as to be uncomfortable. Excersise caution with hot liquids.
