Mugwort - Artemisia vulgaris - has many names, such as 'Black Sage', 'the Dream Weed' and is named after the Greek pagan goddess of the moon, Artemis. In many herbalist practices, all over the world, Mugwort is used in lucid dream work and to aid sleep. Having some control over your sleep helps alleviate anxiety and creates the environment for a restful sleep.

Add this spray into your bedtime routine. While winding down, spray your pillows, sheets, or body and breathe deep.
